Lovely Mug, but Name Missing from the Package

I was happy with the personalized mug itself, and it arrived in good condition, thank you. However, my name was not written anywhere on the Royal Mail package, even though it was included in my delivery details. This made it difficult to find among many other parcels and created a risk that someone else could have opened it by mistake. I have attached photos as evidence. Other than this issue, I was satisfied with the product. BTW I am happy to provide photos and details.
