I was very happy with the ordering process, the price, and the delivery speed. The business cards arrived safely, and the design was printed accurately. The website was easy to use, and production was very fast. However, I was a little disappointed with the paper quality. The cards feel thinner than I expected, and the white edges after cutting are quite noticeable, especially on a dark design. I paid extra for a premium finish, so I expected a more solid and high-quality result. It would be great if there were even thicker paper options or more durable materials, such as plastic cards, for customers looking for a more premium feel. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, but I think the card material could be improved.

I ordered a batch of business card from Vista Print. The paper quality as well as the print quality is absolutely awful. The UV spot print is nothing like it is advertised. There is a strange black rectangle on the back of the cards, that definitely should not be there. I would like a full refund for these cards. Please can you get back to me on this. I’ve ordered cards twice now from Vistaprint and can’t fault them. We’re really happy with the spot UV cards in our latest order. The only negative would be the quality of the the standard card, it feel very thing and flimsy, better for loyalty cards than business cards. The thick card stock feels much more professional.

Spot UV printing is a process that puts raised lettering and images on paper to create an eye-catching, three-dimensional effect. With our embossed business cards, you can decide which design elements you want to pop out.

You can only use the special finish on up to 75% of the front of your card – just make sure the spot UV varnish is applied within the printing safety area (shown as a dotted line in our design studio).

Yes, the type of printing we use is also known as embossed gloss. This process actually has a lot of names, so you might see this type of product listed elsewhere as embossed business cards, 3D business cards, spot gloss business cards or raised print business cards.

Our spot UV business cards are made using either 300 gsm standard paper or 360 gsm premium paper.

For now, you can only have the special finish on the front of your 3D-printed card. But we are working towards offering that option at some point in the future. In the meantime, you can get customised printing on the back of your card for an additional fee.

Yes, you can order them with rounded corners or in a square shape.

On our templates, the embossed areas can’t be changed. However, if you upload your own design, you have more freedom to decide which parts are raised. You can do this through our design studio, or you can leave specific directions for our team.
