Not quite as shown on the screen

I ordered 250 business cards. I liked that I could create my own design in Powerpoint - if you choose it there is no template where you have to complete name, title, company, etc. However, the cards have printed darker than they looked on the screen when designing them, making my logo more difficult to read - I selected a dark grey background but it has printed one or two shades darker then the sample displayed on-screen. It's ok but would have been better with a slightly lighter grey. Being in photography I know this mismatch between screen and print is always a risk. However, the process was simple and flexible and very affordable, so I'd do it again.

Placed a re-order of my business cards , sadly when the arrived the 'Standard Cards' gave shrank and my contact details are barely readable 😩 surely if they are going to change something then a re-order isn't an appropriate option as in my case I expect the same!

The quality of the business cards we ordered seems to be extremely poor. the vibrancy of the colours, edges and overall look seems not so professional.
