Fleece or sherpa?

You really can’t go wrong with either. They’re both made of 100% polyester that’s super soft, snuggly and machine washable. The sherpa photo blanket has more fluffy goodness on the back and is a touch softer, warmer and thicker with a matte finish on the front. Our personalised fleece blankets are the more economical choice, with a slight sheen on the front. Either way, they both make a great present for family members, swag for colleagues or custom home decor (Personalised throw blankets? Yes, please!).

Frequently asked questions

Yes. At VistaPrint UK, we have a variety of design templates, including collage options, if you can’t decide on just one photo. This is also a great option if you’re working with lower-resolution images that wouldn’t print sharply across a larger size. Personalised photo blankets are a great option for showing off a lot of photos if you can’t pick a favourite.

Machine wash your personalised blanket on a delicate cycle using cold water, then air dry.

We recommend a minimum of 150 DPI.

Just be sure to extend your photos to all of the outer edges during the design process.

Yes. As you’re designing in our online studio, you’ll see a PDF proof option. This lets you see how your custom blanket will look when printed — and it’s a great way to spot any errors before completing your order.

The main difference is that our sherpa blankets have a softer, fluffier and more textured back with a matte finish on the front. They’re a bit heavier, too. Personalised fleece blankets are still warm and soft but have a slight sheen on the front side.

We offer blankets in 2 sizes: 127 x 152 cm and 152 x 203 cm. However, due to the nature of certain textile products, your blanket’s final size may vary slightly.
