Flexible print, heavy-duty build
Choose from 3 print areas: small centred on the front panels, large across the front and flaps or all-over for full exterior coverage. 2 substrate options are available: white/brown for the brightest, most vivid colour reproduction, or brown/brown for a natural kraft look on both sides. Full-colour digital printing reproduces logos, gradients and brand palettes with clarity across both. The double E-flute construction is approximately 3 mm thick and carries up to 25 kg when sealed.

Double E-flute is a premium, approximately 3 mm-thick corrugated cardboard. The double-layered construction provides a sturdy box with better protection and a more professional feel than standard single-wall alternatives.
Almost – there is a +/- 3 mm tolerance in the printing process, which means your design can shift slightly. To avoid any issues, we recommend keeping critical elements such as logos, text and key visuals away from the edges of each panel. Our 3D design studio will show you the safe zones before you order.
We offer 2 substrates: white/brown (white exterior, natural brown interior) and brown/brown (natural kraft on both sides). Regardless of which you choose, the inside is always natural brown kraft – it hides transit scuffs and gives the box a sturdy feel inside. You can design your exterior using our 3D design studio, where you can upload your logo, add patterns and preview from every angle in real time. Inside printing is not available yet, but we are working on it.
These are classic boxes designed to be sealed with packaging tape. They arrive flat-packed with double-sided tape on the relevant flaps for quick assembly – just fold along the pre-scored lines, secure the manufacturer's joint, then seal the top and bottom flaps. When properly taped, they can safely hold up to 25 kg.
The 30 x 22 x 15 cm box suits shoes, small electronics or folded apparel. The 30 x 30 x 20 cm works well for homeware, ceramics or stacked smaller items. The 40 x 30 x 20 cm handles larger apparel, multi-item orders or bulkier products. The 50 x 40 x 30 cm is suited to large or heavy items like bulk orders, books or oversized goods up to 25 kg.
We recommend adding void fill (shredded paper, tissue paper or bubble wrap) to protect your product and prevent movement during transit. Always cover sharp edges or corners before packing to avoid damage to the box or injury when opening.
