I feel like there is no quality control, before sending out to post, not clear horrible printing, how this past quality control is beyond me, very bad service alongside, no help at all. Wouldn’t recommend. Wasted money and time, with many delays in ordering and delivery.

Frequently asked questions

We’d recommend using a minimum 12pt font size to make sure there’s no blending or smudging between letters. Fonts that are extremely thin, or that have very small spaces between (or even inside) letters, may not give you the most crisp printing results. Not surprisingly, we’d advise you to avoid using foil for very fine details, as well as double-lined borders. Lastly, make sure any foil-printed areas are fully within the safety area for the printing and cutting of your cards.

The foil is printed on top of a premium matte paper.

Not at this time. Owing to a more complex printing process, we’re only able to offer pre-designed templates for raised foil business cards. However, there are many to choose from, giving you some flexibility with regard to what information, design elements and images are foil-printed.

The matte paper is 300 gsm.

Not at the moment. The unique foil printing process only allows us to offer single-sided foil printing. However, you can still add a printed backside for an additional cost.
