To make up for this, we have provided you with a resolution on your account and a follow-up email will be sent to you with further details. Our record shows the size box that was ordered is 23 x 23 x 8 cm. Please note, we offer two other sizes that are larger than this. Simply, we would like to inform you that our printing system is automated, it prints your creations identically to what you have designed on your account. A good standard to follow for our products, and something we always remind our customers is to make sure that they use the 300 DPI logo/photo resolution when using our studio editing software. We do strive to keep our prices competitive whilst offering a great standard of service and you can always get good deals following our promotional emails and Special Offers page.
