I ordered new business cards for a new business venture they were left outside in the rain and were destroyed spoke to vista print reordered but they didn't arrive peak season for my industry and loosing work

This is not the type of service we want you to receive, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We've reviewed the tracking details and saw there seems to have been some damage to the package during shipping. Unfortunately, we were not notified of this. However, we're happy to help by placing a free reorder for new cards. You should receive the order within a few days. This is not a typical experience, and we'll definitely have the team review the matter.

Great cards. Turned out beautifully and were delivered quite quickly. I had to cancel my first order to edit and ordered a second lot but needed some help with the first refund and they got back to me straight away and sorted it out there and then. They are very helpful and polite too. A great service thank you !
