Easy creation process

Ready to start creating? With our design studio, you can have die-cut stickers on the way in no time. Just choose a material and upload your artwork. Be sure to upload a .PNG or .PDF file — images saved to .JPEG files automatically have a white background that will overwrite any shiny, transparent or holographic material effects. Once your design is set, select the ‘custom’ cutline option, and you’re done. Your stickers will be printed, safely shipped and ready to brighten some days.

Ordered these for my daughter as a very last minute Christmas present with no hope of receiving them in time. But everything from the order arrived in three separate packages perfectly in time. The stickers are brilliant, fun, and excellent print quality. She was delighted to see her design in print. I ordered custom die cut stickers in the hopes of selling them as a custom design. They came with accurate dimensions, high quality printing and overall are great quality for the price I paid for them. However, I paid a bit extra for the coated version which I assumed would be glossy however I would describe the coating as giving the stickers a shiny sheen rather than making them really glossy and shiny.

Frequently asked questions

As long as your surface is clean, smooth and dry, a die-cut sticker should stick well. A dry surface is especially important — while the sticker itself is water-resistant after it’s in place, it should not be applied to wet or damp surfaces.

Once you’ve uploaded your artwork or logo, our design studio will automatically create a custom cutline with options to also customise the background colour. Make sure the ‘custom’ cutline option is selected. This is important — the other options will cut your stickers to that shape, instead of the shape of your design. And as always, if you need any help, our design experts are always happy to help.

Made with fade-resistant coated plastic and strong adhesive, your stickers should look great for about 2–4 years.

We don’t currently offer samples for our die-cut plastic stickers. That being said, we have no minimum order quantity, so you can easily order one or two stickers to get a feel for them.

Our custom die-cut stickers are available in 6 materials — white, transparent, and holographic plastic, coated paper, uncoated paper and soft touch plastic — with each type offering a different way to help your design stand out.

The thickness of your sticker depends on the material you pick:

  • White Plastic: 0.22 mm
  • Transparent Plastic: 0.025 mm
  • Holographic Plastic: 0.053 mm
  • Soft Touch Plastic: 0.042 mm
  • Coated Paper: 0.065 mm
  • Uncoated Paper: 0.148 mm

Each material has a slightly different composition. See a breakdown of each below. All stickers are made in the EU.

  • White Plastic: White polypropylene with BOPP lamination. This material is PVC-free.
  • Transparent Plastic: Transparent polypropylene with extra-thick backing to ensure the sticker remains flat.
  • Holographic Plastic: Metallised polypropylene with a mirrored finish.
  • Coated Paper: Glossy paper stickers, self-adhesive. Not water-resistant.
  • Uncoated Paper: Plain white paper stickers, self-adhesive. Not water-resistant.
  • Soft Touch: White polypropylene with a transparent protective film that has a soft touch finish.
