Very quick delivery and the product itself is very good. I’m just very disappointed that when you design them on your phone that no one at the other end takes 10 seconds to think we’ll just line them up as now I’ve got 250 business cards that look like an amateur has done them as I lined everything up in the middle on the business card template, but they certainly haven’t turned out that way when I received them.

As a small business we relied on this service printing our first batch of cards for our sales rep to start approaching new clients to have a port of call. However we had to wait from the 7th of may when we ordered our cards and paid extra for fast shipping, untill the 6th July when it was eventually delivered after a lot of emails and pushing for this order and I mean a *lot*, I was never updated unless I asked for updates untill the final conversation we had, I eventually got some interim cards sent out however these felt very begrudgingly given as I had to push for these as they were not offered, and I felt treated very poorly throughout as I had to push again and again with no haste or reasonable resolution offered in my opinion. At present I am unsure I will use Vistaprint again as the end product is of good quality and if these issues hadn't been here I would have been happy with the product. But at this time I am unsure.
