Reverse side printing T-shirts
Design a backside printed T-shirt that gets your message seen.
Backside printing T-shirts give you a large space to display your company name, staff role, event details or creative artwork. They’re a practical choice for hospitality teams, shop staff, volunteers and event crews, helping customers identify the right person from a distance. Many styles are available from a single item, while larger quantities may offer a lower price per T-shirt.
Choose from cotton, polyester and blended fabrics to find the right balance of comfort, durability and performance. Cotton can offer a soft everyday feel, while polyester and performance blends are often better suited to active settings. Printing techniques vary by product and may include direct-to-garment, screen printing or heat transfer, with each option offering a different finish, feel and level of durability.
When creating a custom back print T-shirt, keep the most important text bold and easy to read. Short company names, job titles and simple graphics usually work best. Most back designs sit across the upper back, a few centimeters below the collar, so they remain visible without appearing too low. Larger poster-style designs may extend further down the shirt. Use the printable area shown in the design studio to position your artwork accurately.
A poster-style layout uses a large central graphic with supporting text arranged above, below or around it. It works well for band artwork, event merchandise and bold promotional designs. Keep the hierarchy clear so the main image or message is easy to understand at a glance.
Yes, a QR code may be added as part of your design where the selected printing method supports the required detail. Make it large enough to scan, use strong colour contrast and test the code before ordering. Avoid placing it too close to seams or folds.
The feel and breathability of a large print depend on the fabric, artwork coverage and printing method. Designs with open space and fewer solid blocks of ink generally feel lighter. Performance fabrics and suitable decoration methods may also be more comfortable for active or warm environments.
Most of our back print T-shirts are available with no minimum order quantity, so you can order just one.
