Custom Contact Cards

Thank you for your review of the Standard Business Cards. We are sorry to hear that the image on the backside was printed in the wrong direction. Upon reviewing the cards, we found that the incorrect template layout was selected. It is important to note that we offer both horizontal and vertical layouts. Additionally, it is recommended to choose a vertical layout if the image is vertical and vice versa. Since a horizontal layout was used, the design on one side of the card should have been rotated in the opposite direction from the other side, to prevent the design from printing upside down. We are pleased to see that our support team helped with correcting the error and placing a new order. We trust that was helpful.
