I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of these banners. The art work has turned out really clear and they arrived very quickly. Would buy again.

I had occasion to order what I thought would be a 'straightforward' Black on white banner of 3 capital letters - easily achievable on the website. After multiple attempts I had to admit defeat and rang customer service. The person who answered also struggled to talk me though it and eventually took over and did it themselves - this included about 40 mins over the phone and then them ringing back to send a copy of what they had managed to achieve on my behalf. The outcome was great and the banner was just what we were wanting but I can't say the process was easy. Luckily they said that the set up would be stored so if I needed any more banners of the same type (which we will next year!) hopefully the process will be a lot quicker and easier.

As expected, good quality.

Quality item, arrived before the quoted delivery date, cannot fault vistaprint so far!
