Even though I had two conversations with two different members of staff regarding the design of the T-Shirt - who both independently assured me that my design would be on the ordered T-Shirt. When it arrived it was incorrect. Consequently it had to be recorded and I'm pleased to say that the replacement T-Shirt is correct. But it should have been correct the first time.
