Thank you for your review. We are so sorry that your t-shirt quality is disappointing. There are similar options available in other materials, and we are certain there is one that is more suitable. Regarding the design, we see where a cropped image of a design on another t-shirt was provided. It was printed a submitted. We recommend providing an actual logo, preferable without a background, for future orders. You may also use our design services, if design recreation is needed. An email was sent to assist further.
