The back image was printed upside down- it’s still fit for purpose but annoying that it wasn’t what I asked for

In an effort to ensure your satisfaction, we've corrected the design and have processed a free replacement that you should receive soon. You can view this update in your order history. Please note that if you are uploading a vertical design to a horizontal template the print on the back should be rotated 90 degrees (facing the other direction) in order for the cards to be printed properly.
