Seals kept ripping

I ordered 4 sheets of envelope seals, 2 of which do not peel off the paper without ripping! I cannot use them

Really disappointing

I ordered these envelope seals as I thought they'd be great to add a personal touch to my new startup. Whilst the feel of the product is good, the design I submitted has been printed completely off-centre meaning part of the design is missing and one side of the seal has an unwanted white trim as you can see in the photo. Really frustrating.
