A little disappointed with the clarity, first time ever. I guess it's my fault that there's a white border top and bottom which detracts from the actual picture.

We're sorry to hear that your canvas print didn't meet your expectations, particularly with the image clarity. Regarding the white borders, for a full-bleed canvas the image needs to be extended all the way to the edges in the design screen. In this case, the design was submitted with white borders at the top and bottom, so the canvas was produced exactly as it appeared in the approved preview. We appreciate your comments and understand your disappointment. If you decide to create another canvas in the future, we'd be happy to help review your design before you place your order to help ensure you achieve the look you're after.
