We're sorry to hear that your canvas print didn't meet your expectations, particularly with the image clarity. Regarding the white borders, for a full-bleed canvas the image needs to be extended all the way to the edges in the design screen. In this case, the design was submitted with white borders at the top and bottom, so the canvas was produced exactly as it appeared in the approved preview.
