I just wanted to say thanks to Kathryn V in customer support for support above and beyond. . . I use Vistaprint primarily for the price and the wide range of products. I think of it as a mass market company, and didn’t expect a very bespoke service. But recently I had a very tricky bit of artwork, (white text on a transparent material). I wasn’t sure how to best present it for print. The chat app connected me to Kathryn, who talked me through it step by step, told me how I needed to modify the file, and checked it after I reuploaded it, all of this in real time. It was a level of well informed, easily accessible support that matched what I expect from companies like Apple. So thanks, and it’s changed my opinion of what Vistaprint can do. Thanks Kathryn.
