Our custom rectangle flags come with everything you need to set them up on a flat surface: your package will include a weather-resistant polyester flag, pole, base and a soft case for easy transport. Once it’s set up, the clamp ring makes sure the rectangular flag is always tight, meaning your logo or message will always be readable – even outdoors.

We recommend following these steps for a smooth set-up. You can also reference our assembly guide or our instruction video.
- Assemble pole: Attach the pieces of your flagpole, and then add the antenna to the top of the pole.
- Add flag: Feed the antenna through the pocket that runs along the side of your standing flag. Make sure to push the flag right to the end of the pocket. The hole is quite small, but it is there.
- Attach base: Place the prong on the top of your base into the hole at the bottom of the flagpole.
- Secure flag: Make sure the bungee is attached to both the printed flag and the hook on the flagpole.
For wrinkle-free assembly, make sure to:
- Push the antenna on the pole as far as possible until it reaches the edge of the funnel.
- Adjust the plastic hook and connect it to the elastic bungee to make sure the flag has maximum tension.
We do not currently offer double-sided printing for our custom rectangle flags.
We offer two options: the complete package includes everything you need to set up your flag – high-quality fibreglass poles, your custom-printed fabric and a carry bag for transport. Bases are sold separately so you can choose the right one for your location. Alternatively, you can order flag fabric only, which is ideal for replacements or updating your messaging while using your existing poles and base.
The flagpole is black aluminium and is 17 mm in diameter. The pole is made of high-quality fibreglass and aluminium rings, with a bungee cord to connect the separate pieces. It also has a plastic hook that’s used to secure the custom flag to the pole – and you can adjust the hook to increase or decrease the flag tension.
Promotional flags are printed using dye sublimation on translucent polyester. The resulting banners are slightly sheer, which lets the design show through to be visible on both sides.
Yes, the material is DIN 4102 certified and classified as B1 fire retardant.
Yes, but please be aware that they will no longer be considered fire retardant, and they will lose their B1 classification. If you still choose to wash your outdoor flags, we recommend cleaning them with cold water and letting them air dry.
About 123 x 30 x 10 cm (length x width x depth). It will weigh about 4 kg — if you add our square steel base to your order, it will weigh significantly more — see below.
Most bases ship together with your flag in one box. However, the square steel base and water tank base are heavier items that ship separately in their own packaging. If you order either of these bases, you'll receive two separate shipments, and the base shipment may arrive on a different day than your flag.
Both fabric options are made of weather-resistant polyester that's hemmed to prevent fraying and suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The standard material offers vivid colours and is made from 100% Recycled PET, lasting 6–8 months under extreme weather conditions. AirMesh is a perforated, windproof fabric with extended durability, lasting up to 2 years under extreme windy conditions.
Our feather flags can withstand wind speeds up to 40 mph, especially when using the AirMesh material which is specifically designed for windy conditions.
