Why yet again is my black sign navy blur

This is now the second time this has happened with my black print on my flag coming out blue that doesn't match the show stand that its intended for?

Unfortunately I could not recommend this product. It’s not as the picture shows - it didn’t have a right angled frame but one long pole that bends the fabric forcefully into a curve. It ripped as soon as I put it together. Customer service were great and refunded the full amount.
