Frequently asked questions

Yes, you can order a facade flag with a flagpole as an optional extra. Alternatively, you can order just the fabric without the flagpole.

Follow the steps below to safely and securely set up your wall-mounted flag:

STEP 1: Screw the flagpole base into the wall.

STEP 2: Attach the flag strings to the loops on the flagpole.

STEP 3: Insert the flagpole into the base, making sure it is secure.

Currently, we only offer 1-sided printing.

Our facade flags are printed using dye sublimation on translucent polyester. The resulting flags are slightly sheer, which lets the design show through to be visible on both sides.

Our custom flags are synthetic polyester made from post-consumer recycled materials and our flagpoles and wall attachments are made from aluminium.

Yes, the material is DIN 4102 certified and classified as B1 fire retardant.

Yes, but please be aware that they will no longer be considered fire retardant, and they will lose their B1 classification. If you still choose to wash your flag, we recommend washing it with cold water and then letting it air dry.

That depends on the flag size. Our flagpole is the same for all sizes – 200 cm (2 metres) in length and 3 cm in diameter. Please see dimensions for each of our wall-mounted flag sizes below:

  • Small: 100 x 70 cm
  • Medium: 150 x 100 cm
  • Large: 225 x 150 cm
