I was very pleased with the prints overall, but the backside of my business cards came out upside down (I made a vertical design, and they looked perfect in the preview).

We regret that the backside of your business cards was printed in the wrong position. Please note that for vertical designs, the back side must always be positioned opposite to the front side to ensure proper alignment. Nevertheless, we are pleased that you were satisfied with the overall print quality, and to make amends, we have processed a free replacement order as a one-time courtesy gesture after fixing the issue. Your order number will remain the same, and once the parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing both the preview mode and PDF proof before placing an order to ensure your design appears exactly as expected.
