Not happy this time

I have been ordering my business cards from Vista Print for years. I have always been happy, but not this time. Even if design remained the same through years (it is saved in my Vistaprint account) and even if the letters and logo are all in the same colour (which has never been 100% black), this time, the logo is darker and sharper than the rest of the card. It lost the elegant look and looks cheap. Really not happy with the execution.

Ordered the extra thick 800gsm coated cards. They came out very nice and exactly as i had designed. Colour are clear and vibrant despite using my own pdf design. Not blurred as i feared. Only comment i would make is that they could be a bit thinner (500gsm) and coated but no option available. Next time i may go for 600gsm uncoated which is an option. Will be ordering again soon!
