Product fine postage and packaging costs ridiculous

Product is fine, however P & P was in no short terms a joke. The item could have been easily sent in a padded envelope as a large letter for under a pound for the stamp. The item turned up in a large box of "fresh air" and whilst weighing under 10gms we were charged postage of second class eg £3.20 and more. A waste of packaging, and money could have been saved by both parties eg sender and receiver if more care had been taken.

Thank you for your note! We have a lot of sizes to manage and the transportation of products require packages that stack and fit uniformly together in a container. We have gone ahead to issue a merchandise credit to your account for the shipping cost. The credit is valued for a year and can be used in any future orders.
