Didn't get the inside message printed so a bit disappointing. Good quality product overall

The artwork was initially set up by your advisor, however the print came out off-centre, despite me flagging this beforehand. I was advised it would be reprinted, but due to tight timelines I had to pay for express delivery.
The second set, again arranged by the advisor, was correctly centred, however the cut and bleed markers were printed onto the envelopes, making them unusable.
Due to the time constraints, I then had to source an alternative printer and pay an additional express print charge.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and so far I have only received a refund for the initial prints.

They look lovely lost a star because of packaging the outer couple were damaged as they were loose inside the box with out canvas print order and clearly got jostled on the journey
