I thought they was stand up cards as the was shown on line
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re sorry for any confusion regarding your order. The place cards you received are flat cards, and in order for them to stand upright, they would require a card holder. We understand how this could have been unclear and truly apologize for the disappointment caused.

I would recommend these place name cards as I wanted to hand write the name myself but have a surrounding design.

I put my own design on the cards and it turned out beautifully; the quality is excellent; the colours are so lovely and the delivery was great. If ever needed, I wouldn’t hesitate in using vista print again

The place cards were beautiful, exactly as per my design. I must just say that I was under the impression that because I added a text box with a name, that the names would be printed. This is not the case. Also, there is no option to have 'tented' cards, they are flat.

No. We don’t print individual guest names or table numbers for now. Just make sure you leave enough space to write in everything you need (guest name, table number, or choice of main course).

Yes, you can personalise the invitations to match your place cards. Feel free to get in contact with customer care if you need any assistance with your design.

We recommend you place your order at least 8-10 weeks before your wedding.

No, not at this time.

While we don’t recommend listing the entire menu – space is limited and you’ll want to prioritise the guest’s name and table number – you can include their preferred meal choice, such as “Chicken” or "Vegetarian”.
