Unfortunately, the wrong sized car sticker was ordered. I called and explained this to customer service, they were very helpful and when I explained that I'd like to order the correct item, they refunded me for the wrong item.
I was not expecting this, but was very happy when tis happened. The fact that I could speak to someone on the phone was also a very welcome bonus as my query was dealt with straightaway rather than the tiresome automated systems most companies have these days!!
