Good pen - poor printing

No complaints with the pen itself. It’s a budget option but considering the price it impresses. However, the printing wasn’t clear and looked so much darker than the mock up on the website. Logo barely distinguishable.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were happy with the pen itself, but we’re sorry to hear that the print quality and logo appearance did not meet your expectations. We’d like to review the issue further and better understand what happened. Could you please reply to this email with a clear photo of the pens showing the printing concern and logo visibility issue? Once we receive the photo, our team will take a closer look and provide further assistance.
