Skyra Retractable Rubber Grip Ballpoint Pen

We’re very sorry to hear that more than half of the pens had printing issues and that the replacement batch still didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is to have concerns with the logo size and readability of your slogan, especially after a new batch was sent. While we’re glad to hear that the pens feel nice to write with, we’d like to take a closer look at the printing concerns. If you could send us clear images of the pens showing the smudges, logo, and slogan, we’d be happy to review the issues and see how we can assist. With that in mind, we appreciate your patience and apologize again for the inconvenience.

We are very sorry to hear that the logo on your pens did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is to receive a product where the branding appears poorly applied or stuck on, rather than integrated as a high-quality print. To help us investigate this, please send us an image of the pens you received. Once we have a clear look at how the logo appears, we will be able to better understand the issue and work with you to find a resolution. We look forward to your reply.
