Printing was squashed!

The text and image printed on the pen is vertically squashed making it look stretched. I cannot give distribute this pen. I previously ordered the "Elite Soft-Touch Ballpoint Pen" on which the printing was perfect as per the design. See the attached picture comparing the two, top one being correct, bottom one is this order.
