A good proportion of these pens did not work and the ink would not flow. Some worked intermittently but then the next time they were used they would first need vigorous movement on scrap paper to get the pen to write. Those that did work properly wrote very well. A few of them did not have the customisation printed correctly and it was out of alignment on a couple of the pens
