We regret to hear the design wasn't as expected, logo is misaligned and the books were dirty and damaged. Please rest assured that it isn't typical for the design to be amended without your permission nor to arrive damaged and dirty. Our record shows that our support team was in contact with you regarding an issue we were experiencing with printing your logo shortly after the order was placed. To help us better understand the issue with the logo, please respond to this email to advice what the changes were. The photo you shared look similar to the online version of the logo.
