Ordered a pad with logo positioned so the cable was at the top so it could sit under a PC monitor. Despite this being able to be designed in the Vistaprint website and the preview image and order confirmation being correct, when it came to receiving the item, clearly too difficult for vistaprint to do - twice it has now been sent out and twice wrong. Not holding out much hope for the third attempt!
