I ordered a personalised mug as a birthday present to my friend. I found the whole process very simple. I uploaded the photo I wanted and added text on the back. When the order was completed I received an email with a photo of the mug. The handle was white where I had ordered a black one. I contacted customer services and stated the handle was a different colour. The gentleman explained that the email photo was just a gerneric image and the actual mug would have the black handle as requested. The present arrived on time and indeed did have the black handle. Overall I was extremely pleased with the gift (as was my friend) and the customer service was excellent.
