Made from 3 mm double E-flute corrugated cardboard, these boxes can hold up to 25 kg when sealed with packaging tape. There are 4 sizes and 2 substrate options available: white/brown, which provides a crisp white exterior for sharp single-colour logos, or brown/brown for a natural kraft look on both sides. Single-colour printing is available in 2 configurations: a small centred area on the front panels or a larger deco zone across the front panels and flaps.

We offer 2 substrates: white/brown (white exterior, natural brown interior) and brown/brown (natural kraft on both sides). Regardless of which you choose, the inside is always natural brown kraft – it hides transit scuffs and gives the box a clean, sturdy feel inside.
Almost – there is a +/- 3 mm tolerance in the printing process, which means your design can shift slightly. To avoid any issues, we recommend keeping critical elements such as logos, text and key visuals away from the edges of each panel. Our 3D design studio will show you the safe zones before you order.
Your design is printed using 1 solid ink colour, typically black or a dark navy. It's the most cost-effective way to get a professional, high-contrast branded look on your boxes.
For the highest contrast, we recommend white. A dark single-colour logo on a white exterior gives the sharpest, most professional result.
The small area is suited for a compact logo or web address. The large area provides a more prominent brand mark across the centre of the box panels.
Yes. You still get the same premium double E-flute (~3 mm) material as our standard and full-print boxes. The only difference is the simplified single-colour printing process, which is what keeps the price so low. You get the same heavy-duty protection for a fraction of the full-colour cost.
No, this is a classic shipping box designed to be sealed with packaging tape. This keeps the box price low and gives you the option to use your own branded tape if you prefer.
