Great Quality but colour was off

We submitted our design for our hats for our brand and AI pulled the details including font and colour and text.
The hats arrived and despite the quality of the product being fantasist the colour of the text that was meant to be a dark brown come out as a red. This is disappointing but thankfully we only ordered 2 as testers so we can make sure the next order is not the same.
