Vistaprint are brilliant and customer service is awesome. However these caps are just cheap and nasty.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong banner with the wrong date on it and contacted someone at customer services through the very convenient chat service and they corrected it for me without me doing anything and I received everything fairly quickly.
