disappointed and embarrassed

am extremely disappointed with the quality of my recent bulk order and feel compelled to share my experience.
The bags supplied were completely unacceptable. Instead of a professional, durable print, it appears that a sticker or transfer was simply applied to the surface. As soon as our international delegates started carrying the bags, the branding began peeling off. It was embarrassing and reflected very poorly on our organisation during an important professional event.
I have been a loyal VistaPrint customer for more than 15 years and have always trusted your products. This is, without doubt, the worst order I have ever received. The quality is nowhere near the standard I have experienced in the past, and the bags are clearly not fit for purpose.
I will be returning the entire order and expect a full refund or an immediate replacement with products that meet the quality standards promised. I also hope VistaPrint investigates this matter thoroughly, as poor quality control like this can seriously damage the confidence of long-standing customers.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I sincerely hope VistaPrint will resolve it promptly and restore the trust I have placed in the company for over 15 years.

We would like to share that the decoration technology used for the Aira Quilted Backpack is Heat Transfer printing, which allows for unlimited colors and results in a firm, plastic-like feel with sharp, clean lines. This process detail is disclosed directly on the product page to help set proper expectations regarding the texture and finish of the decoration.
However, the branding peeling off as your delegates carried the bags is completely unacceptable and far below the quality standards we strive to deliver. We take your experience very seriously and want to make this right for you as quickly as possible.
Could you please reply directly to this email with a few photos showing the peeling print on the bags, and also confirm the total number of affected backpacks in your order? Once we receive these details, our team will immediately review the issue and work with you on the best resolution. We look forward to your reply and to restoring your confidence in our products.
