As a small business we relied on this service printing our first batch of cards for our sales rep to start approaching new clients to have a port of call. However we had to wait from the 7th of may when we ordered our cards and paid extra for fast shipping, untill the 6th July when it was eventually delivered after a lot of emails and pushing for this order and I mean a *lot*, I was never updated unless I asked for updates untill the final conversation we had, I eventually got some interim cards sent out however these felt very begrudgingly given as I had to push for these as they were not offered, and I felt treated very poorly throughout as I had to push again and again with no haste or reasonable resolution offered in my opinion. At present I am unsure I will use Vistaprint again as the end product is of good quality and if these issues hadn't been here I would have been happy with the product. But at this time I am unsure.

Initially I ordered some cards and they weren’t going to arrive in time as said due to a mechanical problem. The customer service team were very helpful and friendly and helped me receive my business cards in time for when I needed them. They were kind enough to put them on priority shipment whilst also reimbursing the delivery costs I paid for to ensure it would come on time

The product quality is good, but the delay lasted weeks despite the order being placed well in advance, and it missed the deadline for this order.
