I needed some smart but cost-effective business cards for my new AirBnB facility and found the Vistaprint process easy and value for money. Prompt delivery and a professional product.
Cards are OK, but delivery let me down hard.

Delivery didn't arrive in time. The whole point of getting the cards printed up in two days was because I needed to distribute them at an event I was unexpectantly attending. As they were 2 days late in arriving from the proposed date (target date they were supposed to be delivered at 2pm - by 10pm I had yet to be told delivery was to be reschedule), I was already travelling, so I paid the shipping for no reason.
As for the cards themselves, they're functional, do the job. I will no doubt order from Vistaprint again, but way in advance. It's a shame the delivery messed things up.
