Look very silly. Design not central.

The material is good. The delivery was as described. HOWEVER: I used the guide-lines in the design editor to centralise my design on the card. I put the design at this cross section of both the horizontal and the vertical lines. You'd think this would indicate that the picture is in the middle of the (square) card, right? Somehow no. Both sides are off, the cards look stupid and I've wasted my money.

We're so sorry to hear that your business cards were not printed correctly. Unfortunately to speed the printing process we use a machine to cut many sheets at the same time. During the process the sheets may shift so it's very common that any border designed too close to the cutting line will look uneven in the printed product. We have gone ahead to issue a credit to your account for the product value. The credit is valued for a year and can be used towards any future order.
