VAT Policy
Which VAT rate will apply?
Your VAT rate is based on the standard VAT rate in the country that you fill in under your ´Delivery Address´. See also the table below.
On orders delivered to any of the following countries, a VAT rate of 0% will be applied (but only under the condition that you have filled in the VAT number of your company and we have established that this is a valid VAT number for that country you’re delivering to): Belgium, Spain, Italy, Finland, Portugal, Sweden or France. This reverse charge rule does not apply to supplies of services such as our Design Services or any of our Digital Marketing services.
If your VAT number is invalid or the VAT field is left empty, we’ll apply the standard VAT rate of the country you will have your order delivered to.
We’ll email you an invoice with the charged VAT rate and amount. You can also access your invoice in the Orders section of My Account. This invoice should be used for all VAT refund and reporting purposes. The invoice will include the VAT number of Vistaprint B.V., the provider of this website.
VAT and Pricing
All prices displayed on the Vistaprint website are not final until the Billing Page, which will display applicable VAT based upon the type of product and customer’s ship-to address. VAT will be applied to all shipments originating in, and with destinations, to the European Union as well as Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The following VAT rates will be applied:
