Ordered wedding invitations which were delivered extremely quickly. Beautiful printing and the quality was amazing. Unfortunately 6 of the invitations had a printing defect. However, customer service replied to my email immediately and offered a replacement, part refund or money off my next order. I went with the money off as I intend to order more wedding stationary. Cannot fault the customer service or the customer centric ethos of this company.
