We are sorry to hear that the printing on the Loyalty Card Stamps was blurry and unreadable. Furthermore, we are pleased to hear that a resolution was offered for the issue. Please respond to the email to confirm your choice. Upon reviewing the design, we noted that there were too many details for that size stamp. The size is 1 cm or 0.39". Due to this size, only a simple logo, initial, or text is recommended. Your design had four lines of text.
