Arrived promptly and laid out correctly. Unfortunately it leaves an ink line around part of the edge when used on some things. I also can't get the top to lift to get to the label out to stamp!

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the issues with your recycled self-inking stamp. We understand how frustrating it is when the stamp doesn’t perform as expected. Regarding the top not lifting to access the label, the cover can sometimes be stiff on first use, but you can try again. To help us look into the impression issue, please reply to this email with a photo of the stamp impression, especially showing the ink line around the edge. This will allow us to assess the issue and provide the right solution.
