Based on our review, you ordered the Medium 1.5 cm stamp. The stamp contained a lot of information, and stamps with small graphics, fonts smaller than 8pt, or fine lines are not advised for this size. This can lead to poor reproduction and lower-quality results. We suggest, using a larger stamp size, reducing the amount of information, adjusting the design for better readability. To help ensure your next order matches your expectations, we also suggest requesting a PDF proof from the Editing Studio and viewing the design at 100% scale before submitting your order. This gives you a better view of the true size and how the information will reproduce. We’ve also taken action on your account to address the issue, and an email will be sent with more details.
