We brought personalised pens for our business and in 2 days the colouring was coming off now you can’t see the logo properly as some bits have scratched off already

Pages break off and print misaligned

I was generally happy with the notebook when it arrived — the print and material quality looked great. I did notice a strip of white down the side of the back page where the print hadn't covered the whole page, despite me completely filling the entre design past the bleed guides. The writing down the spine is also very misaligned, but I gave these issues the benefit of the doubt and put it down to margin for error when it came to printing. Then when I have actually used the book, the pages essentiall just fall out. I'm currently 6 pages in and every single one has unglued itself upon turning, even when I flip the page as gently as possible. You'd have to not flatten the page even a little bit in order to avoid this, making the left page completely unusable. The right pages are still technically usable, which is why I've given 2 stars. I'm usually very satisfied with Vistaprint products, so this one is really disappointing.

It’s alright for the price ; bu the lines inside are weirdly large and laid out strange . Also mine came with a rip all the way up the spine , removing half the design . The cover felt like nice quality though, kind of smooth matte was really pleasant and the print is quite detailed

Yes, to make the most of your custom journal, we recommend that all files are in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) with a Fogra 39 colour profile. The optimal resolution for printed files is 300 dpi.
