Absolutely superb invites. Delivery was quick and the whole process was so quick and simple. I actually made a mistake with my first order so it came “wrong” and I was so upset. I contacted customer service and not only did they help me fix the error I had made, they sent the corrected invites out free of charge! Cannot ask for better customer service. 10/10 recommend.

The reverse of the invitations was upside down. This was remedied via live chat and replacements were sent but unfortunately the reverse was again upside down. The envelopes never materialised either. I received a refund quickly and that's about the only good thing.

It's unacceptable that despite our efforts to remedy the situation, the problem persisted with the reversed orientation of the reverse side.
